Technical Project Manager
Location: Office based (potential for some flexibility)
Employment Type: 12 month fixed term contract
Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead a critical project as part of our strategic initiative to modernise our technology infrastructure. This is a pivotal role to ensure the successful procurement and implementation of a new contact centre system, setting the foundation for future scalability and integration, and enhancing operational efficiency and client service.
Your Duties
- Lead RFI and RFP processes to select and implement a new system
- Deliver critical components before existing system contracts expire
- Develop and roll out a comprehensive roadmap for future functionality
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Define scope and requirements with internal teams
- Maintain governance, risk management, and quality assurance best practices
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and partners
- Inspire and lead project teams to achieve goals
- Promote continuous learning and best practices in project management
Who Are You?
- Proven experience in managing complex technology transformation projects
- Expertise in RFI/RFP processes and system implementations
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and compliance
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinker with strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Significant project management experience, ideally in technology transformation
- Considerable experience in CRM system implementation or similar projects
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
