Dear Clients, Partners & Friends…

There’s a flurry of excitement in the air as Christmas approaches. At ESco, there is a sense of hope too for new beginnings as we ponder on what the year ahead will bring. We’re already looking under the bonnet at new tech, new roles for our fab team and new ideas for the services we offer.

During 2024 team ESco have been working very hard for all our clients, most recently to welcome on board Countryside Alliance, a charitable organisation that champions the countryside. I’m so proud of everyone here for their diligence and tenacity throughout!

ESco has always been a company that champions women, and that will never change. But we also champion men. Especially our men. We know that separately we’re pretty awesome, but it’s when we work TOGETHER that the real magic happens. And we think we have a great balance here at ESco.

And this year we are focussing our attention, and our charitable contribution, to a wonderful charity, Andy’s Man Club. We stand with them in fully supporting their efforts to encourage men to talk about their fears and worries and for that to be seen as a badge of courage.

I hope Christmastime will be special for you all as you spend time with family and friends. I hope too that 2025 will be healthy, happy and filled with unexpected blessings for each and every one.

With love, Susan and all at ESco

ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.

ANDYSMANCLUB has over 200 free support groups nationwide, running every Monday from 7PM except bank holidays. In these groups, men can open up about the storms affecting their lives in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment. Their clubs are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply listen if they wish.

With over 4,500 men using their sessions every week, and an army of 1600+ volunteers on board, the movement is continuing to grow week-by-week. They firmly believe in the power of talking and that #ItsOkayToTalk.

Established in 2016 by Elaine, Andy’s Mum, and Luke, Andy’s Brother-in-Law, the aim of the club is to provide men with a safe space where they feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.

An ESco poem for you, at Christmastime…

Christmas time is here again; the season brings good cheer,
We send our warmest wishes as the holidays draw near.
Time to celebrate achievements, the milestones we hold dear,
Reflecting on the triumphs that have shaped this special year.

With Countryside Alliance now onboard, the partnership we share,
Extending what we offer, their memberships now in our care.
And the PPA InPub Awards was filled with applause and cheer,
Jon Bickley made us proud as Game Changer of the Year.

Our AI hacks have sparked new ways to innovate and grow,
Streamlining tasks, revealing paths we’re eager to follow.
From workshops filled with brilliance to ideas taking flight,
We’ve tried to push the boundaries, reaching new and thrilling heights.

Celebrations at Fortnum and Mason with clients, partners, friends,
We said cheers to 40 years, a staff black tie night at the Fennes.
We’ve cherished moments big and small, together through it all,
With gratitude for partnerships that answer every call.

Our rebrand marked a milestone—forty years so bright,
A journey shared with all of you, our guiding stars and light.
With every memory made this year, our future shines so clear,
We’re ready for the road ahead, advancing without fear.

So here’s to peace and joy for you, this season and beyond,
A heartfelt wish for happiness, with bonds that keep us strong.
Wishing you a Christmas filled with warmth and cheer—
And all the best for what’s to come in the brand new year!

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you.
