ESco’s eCommerce Platform Receives Significant Upgrade
Our digital team have just completed a rollout of a significant upgrade to the eCommerce platform which is in use by over 30 publishers in the UK.
The upgrade brings many improvements across the whole platform, but with a real focus on engaging existing customers and making it as easy as possible to renew, upgrade or purchase again.
The ‘My Orders’ area has been completely overhauled and re-developed from the ground up to provide a much more intuitive user interface allowing customers to view both their personal or gift purchases, enabling them to renew, purchase again and update their details. The rollout will also allow customers to easily upgrade their existing subscription to a higher level, for example, upgrading from Print only to Print & Digital combined.
