We are pleased to announce our new partnership with the wonderful Wanderlust Magazine. A collaboration that we are really excited about.

Wanderlust Magazine was established in 1993 by husband and wife duo, Paul Morrison and Lyn Hughes, when their own case of “wanderlust” got the better of them on a long-haul flight and they decided to turn a passion, into a career. Looking through the magazine and the website, it’s clear that this brand has been built with a zeal which still filters through each issue today, 25 years later.

Very sadly, in 2004, Paul passed away after a long battle with cancer, but Lyn has continued to carry Wanderlust Magazine from strength to strength.

  • In 2008, Lyn was Highly Commended as Publisher of the Year.
  • The Times lauded Lyn as one of the “50 Most Influential People in Travel”
  • In 2012, Lyn received an Outstanding Contribution Award in the British Travel Press Awards
  • In 2014, Lyn was awarded one the “Top 60 most Influential Women in Travel in the Last 60 years” by the AWTE

The highly valued subscribers of Wanderlust are at the heart of everything the Wanderlust team do, and they have nurtured these customers in-house for the entire duration of the magazine’s history.

At ESco, we are renowned for our high quality and bespoke service, our Customer Service team are handpicked and trained to a high standard. We are ready and excited to take the baton from Wanderlust and continue to provide the top-notch service their subscribers have become accustomed to.

Wanderlust is one of the UK’s best-selling travel magazines and the people and values behind Wanderlust are ones we are proud to partner with.

This is what John Innes, Publishing Director at Wanderlust has to say about their appointment of ESco:

After 25 years of running our subscriptions in-house moving to a bureau was a significant change for Wanderlust. We’re delighted to be working with ESco and have appreciated their diligence, professionalism and knowledge as we make this change. However, it’s the warm welcome and human face of the company that’s made ESco the right partner for us. We look forward to a long and productive relationship as we work together.

John Innes, Publishing Director, Wanderlust Magazine

The feeling is mutual!
